"As someone who has struggled with depression and trauma for a long time, I am pleasantly surprised after only a month of PHP level of treatment, I am already starting to feel better and see some light at the end of the tunnel. Group therapy has been key. The therapists they have facilitating these groups are very good at what they do - gently pushing us to find the answers within ourselves.
