PHP offers a higher level of care than IOP, with patients participating in 3-4 hours of therapeutic programming while still returning home each evening. It’s ideal for individuals who need more structured treatment but don’t require inpatient hospitalization. Both programs focus on providing expert care for conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders.
