Rachel Langsam is a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of a thriving private practice in Orange County, CA. With over 15 years of experience in mental health, Rachel specializes in providing psychotherapy for those dealing with complex trauma and other mental health conditions. Her therapeutic approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Attachment Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, along with mindfulness practices such as breathwork. As a trauma-informed clinician on the forefront of the psychedelic-assisted therapy movement, Rachel is certified in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Fluence and MDMA assisted psychotherapy through MAPS. 

Rachel has also contributed her expertise to various organizations, including Freedom for Immigrants, where she served as a consultant to enhance the emotional well-being of staff and develop mental health programs for individuals in immigration detention. Her work includes designing workforce wellness programs and facilitating trainings focused on trauma-informed practices.

Prior to her current role, Rachel worked in community mental health at the Kinship Center, where she provided therapy to foster and adoptive children and their families. In addition to her clinical work, Rachel has been a speaker and trainer, having presented at conferences and workshops on trauma, attachment, and parenting strategies for children with complex needs.

Rachel holds a Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York, College at Cortland.
