I’m deeply passionate about sharing the healing power of exercise and finding balanced ways to incorporate it into our lives. I believe that when you feel good, you excel in life—it’s all about finding the right type of exercise to fit each individual. For me, exercise is multifaceted. It can be a quiet Pilates session or a lively dance class, a long solo run or a high-energy HIIT class. It might be a five-minute meditation or a two-hour walk. Each of these forms has served me at different times in my life, and I genuinely value them all. As a working single mom with two (now adult) children, exercise has brought me immense joy while helping me through tough times and trauma. I want to share my knowledge and experience so that exercise can become a tool for you too.
I’ve been part of the fitness industry for over 30 years, with experience across various roles and locations. I began my journey in the UK as a group exercise instructor, then recertified in the U.S., adding certifications in personal and advanced personal training. More recently, Pilates has become central to my life and work, and I hold certifications from both Balanced Body and BASI. While I love all these modalities, my personal escape is running. Don’t worry—I won’t ask any of you to take up running! I run for me, so that every class and session is fully about you. In my classes, I strive to combine the best of everything: How can we accomplish the most effectively, in the shortest time, and with the greatest joy?
